Rhapsody Spa

Rhapsody Spa is on the third floor of The Westin Nashville in the downtown core. The spa describes itself as an urban oasis of beauty and wellness, and holistic wellness and attentive service are central to the visit.

Treatments are personalized to each client, using a selection of products and techniques. Spa treatments and wellness services are offered to women and men, and IV wellness services are part of the menu. The menu also includes an offering called An Evening to Reset.

A separate VIP Quick Care menu is overseen by a physician and includes weight management, hormone support, IV therapy, Botox and fillers. It runs Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, by appointment or as a walk-in.

The space has nine treatment rooms across 6,000 square feet. Guests can use a co-ed dry cedar sauna and hydro-experience steam showers, including private steam showers, and they can relax in the Tranquility Lounge, where organic tea is served. Soft robes are provided to wear before treatments.

Guests are asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before their appointment, since services cannot be extended for late arrivals. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full cost of the service. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday to Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM.
