The studio's core service is scalp micropigmentation, sometimes called a hair tattoo, which places pigment to recreate the look of closely shaved hair. Hairline restoration is done across two to three sessions and is shaped to the client's face. Full SMP treatment is offered for hair loss or male pattern baldness, and Full Head SMP is designed for clients with complete hair loss and needs several sessions. There is also SMP for women with thinning hair or widened parts, alopecia coverage for alopecia areata, totalis and universalis, and density fill, which blends pigment between existing hairs for thinning areas or bald spots without shaving the head. A visit usually begins with a free 30-minute consultation that covers goals, hairline design, a scalp evaluation and a treatment plan. Clients who are not local can do a free virtual consultation by Instagram DM or text, sending photos and questions ahead of time. An in-person consultation costs $50 and is described on the site as applied toward treatment and non-refundable. Consultations are offered in English and Spanish, and a consultation is required before a new client's first session. The first session runs roughly 2.5 to 4.5 hours depending on the area, and topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. The studio says clients typically rate the discomfort at 2 to 3 out of 10. Aftercare matters for the result. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure, swimming and heavy sweating while the scalp heals between sessions, to use daily SPF 50+ sunscreen and to keep the scalp moisturized. The studio says results typically last three to six years before a touch-up is recommended, and that results depend on skin type, sun exposure, skincare, medications and aftercare, so they are not guaranteed. Bookings and payments run through Square, and a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may have appointments cancelled. Clients must be 18 or older to book, and a patch test may be recommended or required.
