Most of the menu is lash extensions. Classic refills are the core maintenance visit, usually booked every 2 to 3 weeks, when grown-out extensions are replaced and new ones are added to natural lashes that have grown in. Hybrid sets mix classic lashes with volume fans, typically in a 50/50 ratio that can be adjusted to the look a client wants. Light volume uses small fans of 3 to 5 ultra-thin lashes on each natural lash, while mega volume applies fans of 10 to 20 or more lashes measuring 0.03 to 0.05mm.

Pre-made sets using YY Lashes and W Lashes are an option for refills and sets. These are factory-produced volume fans bonded at the base and arranged on trays. Wet sets and wet lash styles are also offered.

Lash lift, also called lash perm, is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes from the root and typically lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. Lash extension removal uses gel or cream solvents to dissolve the adhesive, so extensions come off without damaging natural lashes.

Refills are timed around how many extensions remain: a refill is generally done when 40 to 50 percent of extensions are still in place. If less than 40 percent remain, or more than 3 to 4 weeks have passed, a full set is generally charged.
