The business has two locations. Concord is at 801 Main Street, Suite 2, and Arlington is at 7 Mystic Street, 2nd Floor. Laser hair removal is offered at both, while lash and brow services, dermaplaning, Celluma LED treatments and the 30-minute Hydrafacial are offered only in Concord. Concord is open Monday to Thursday 10AM to 8PM and Friday to Sunday 11AM to 6PM. Arlington is open Monday to Thursday 10AM to 8PM, Friday and Saturday 11AM to 6PM, and closed on Sundays.

Laser hair removal uses the GentleMax Pro system, a Syneron and Candela device, with a dynamic cooling device that releases a burst of cooling before each pulse. Most areas take about 6 to 8 treatments spaced 5 to 6 weeks apart. Clients are asked to shave 24 to 28 hours beforehand, avoid waxing, plucking or bleaching for 4 weeks before, stay out of the sun and tanning beds, and wear SPF 30 afterward. Laser hair removal is not covered by medical insurance. Single-session prices range from $45 to $300 depending on the area, with 3- and 6-session prices listed by area. The business notes that prices may change at any time.

The Hydrafacial is a three-step treatment: cleansing and peeling, extraction and hydration, then fusing and protecting. The 30-minute Signature Express Hydrafacial is $180, with packages of 3, 6 and 12 available. The 45-minute options are the Age-Refinement Hydrafacial, the Radiance Hydrafacial and the Deluxe MD Hydrafacial, each using a different booster, and the Platinum Hydrafacial, which begins with lymphatic detoxification. Hydrafacial packages must be paid in full up front. Skin care products come from the skinbetter science collection, which is listed as dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic, paraben free, fragrance and dye free, and cruelty free.

Appointments are required, and walk-ins are not guaranteed a dedicated time. Appointments start on time, and late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment. A credit card secures each booking and is charged only if the cancellation policy is breached. Changes need 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 fee. Children may not enter treatment areas and may wait in the lobby only with another adult, and pets are not allowed except service animals.
