Medical weight management starts with blood work, which can be drawn at Sonora Quest or LabCorp using insurance, or done with labs from within the past three months, and leads to a personalized plan. The initial consultation is $150 and runs about 60 minutes. If lab results rule out treatment after that consultation, $100 of the fee is refunded. Weight management medications offered include semaglutide and tirzepatide, which can be compounded with glycine and B12, and phentermine as an oral option. Lipotropic MIC injections, peptides such as MOTS-c and AOD 9604, a topical product called Lipo Sculpt Cream, and a weekly amino acid injection called GOAL for active people are also available.

The aesthetic menu covers facial fillers, neuromodulators, chemical peels, Vivace radio frequency microneedling, PDO thread lifts, and Lipodissolve (PCDC) treatment. Filler syringes start at $600 per 1 mL, and two or more syringes are typically needed per area. Dermal fillers are infused with lidocaine and usually take under 30 minutes with no skin prep or downtime. The practice says it aims to leave patients looking refreshed while keeping their own features, using a conservative approach. Aesthetic injections are offered to adults aged 18 to 90. Lipodissolve is injected and is not FDA approved for fat reduction.

IV infusions include Hydration at $75, several $125 blends, and $200 blends such as NAD + Drip, Migraine Cocktail and Period Pain. Membership plans bill monthly for one, two or three drips at $159, $259 or $359, and members receive 20%, 25% or 30% off other treatments depending on the tier. First-time IV patients should plan on roughly 45 minutes from paperwork to finishing the drip, and returning patients usually take about 30 minutes. The practice does not accept health insurance but does take HSA and FSA cards. IV vitamin therapy uses compounded vitamins and electrolytes, which the practice says come from certified suppliers. Vitamin injections include B Complex, B12, MIC & B12 Combo, Vitamin D, Super MIC, and NAD and Antioxidant Amino Acid shots.
