Every visit starts with a personalized consultation of the scalp and hair. The salon's guiding method, called the Rewind Ritual, moves through five stages: understanding the scalp, purifying it, releasing tension, immersing the client in treatment, and renewing the hair and scalp at the end.
The Premiere scalp care menu is the most involved option. The salon describes it as clinical-level, results-driven scalp therapy. It begins with an AI scalp analysis that produces a personalized report, followed by a multi-step deep detox, correction of oil, dandruff and hydration, follicle-focused device therapy, barrier repair and a premium blow-dry.
Signature treatments range from a 60-minute express visit with a rinse, relaxation and light blow-dry, to a 70-minute wash, scalp refresh and style. Treatments run from 45 to 120 minutes, and drying and light styling are included with most of them. Guests may arrive without washing their hair first. Anyone with extensions, braids or protective styles should contact the salon before booking so the team can confirm the treatment suits them.
Clients can book online through the salon's booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted, and cancellations or changes need a phone call at least 24 hours ahead. Gift cards and shared experiences are available.
The salon treats each visit as a personalized scalp and hair session, built around a consultation and a staged ritual rather than a single standard service.
