Rewind Bar is a medical spa in a neighborhood plaza on Oak Tree Avenue in South Plainfield. Founder Bilal Memon came to aesthetics from the technology field. Laser hair removal is done at the South Plainfield studio on a Cynosure Elite IQ device, which uses Alexandrite and Nd:YAG wavelengths; the site says the Nd:YAG wavelength treats Fitzpatrick skin types IV to VI, and the business says its laser work is built for every skin tone. Coverage includes the face and upper lip, underarms, arms, back, legs, chest and abdomen, and Brazilian or bikini areas. Most clients need six to ten sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart. Injectables are offered by a physician assistant and registered nurse after a review of health history and medications. Injectors watch how the face moves before treating, use conservative doses for Botox, and place filler only where it is needed. Botox results begin within three to five days, are full at about two weeks, and typically last three to four months. Dermal fillers are FDA-approved hyaluronic acid gels, and lip filler is a softer hyaluronic acid gel; both can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Full Facial Balancing plans filler and sometimes Botox across the lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, nose, temples and under-eyes as one plan, often using less product than treating each area separately, and some plans are staged across two or three visits. Biostimulators, Sculptra and Radiesse, prompt the skin to build its own collagen and cannot be dissolved. Injectable costs are quoted at the consultation before anything is scheduled, and a treatment can follow the consultation the same day if the client and injector agree on a plan.

Skin treatments include Signature Facials in five types (sensitive, dull, aging, acne-prone and reset), a VI Peel formulated for Fitzpatrick types I through VI, HydraFacial, Aqua Facial performed on the Aquapure device, RF and PRP microneedling, and Laser Resurfacing on the Secret DUO with an Erbium laser. Facials and HydraFacial have little or no downtime, while peels, microneedling and resurfacing have a short recovery that is explained before booking. The business carries Skinbetter Science and Hydrinity skincare and gives 10% off retail skincare to all members.

Wellness services include a 12-week semaglutide medical weight loss program with weekly visits and body composition scans, run by a provider; IV drips, a menu of drinks each formulated for one goal, given by a registered nurse in 30 to 60 minutes; and PRP Hair Restoration, which injects the client's own platelet-rich plasma into thinning areas of the scalp.

Membership sales are final and non-refundable. Payment plans are available through Cherry for laser hair removal, Botox and full body laser hair removal, with a soft credit check that does not affect the credit score.
