Care starts with an initial consultation and a comprehensive blood panel, followed by a review of the results and a personalized plan. The clinic works in four stages: assessment, program design, ongoing tracking and longer-term optimization. Hormone therapy patients have follow-up blood work six to eight weeks after starting or changing a dose, then every three to six months. Stopping hormone therapy is handled with a tapering plan. The clinic says its protocols draw on peer-reviewed research and are overseen by board-certified physicians.

Aesthetic visits open with a consultation to talk through goals, examine facial anatomy and map out a plan. Clients can also get IV drips built around goals such as energy, recovery, immunity or hydration.

Care reaches patients in Miami-Dade and Broward counties and elsewhere in Florida. Patients can have their lab work drawn at a facility close to where they live. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and the clinic does not operate on weekends. Costs depend on the treatment and are reviewed during the consultation. Sexual health visits are described as private and HIPAA-compliant, and whether a partner takes part is up to the patient.
