Revolve Med Spa is owned and operated by Dr. Dwayne Rollins, a physician, and its services are built around injectable treatments given by a doctor. Dr. Rollins personally administers the Botox Cosmetic and the Juvederm and Restylane fillers.

The neuromodulators Botox Cosmetic and Dysport are used for frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet and glabellar lines. Botox sessions run 15 to 30 minutes with no downtime, and results start to show within 3 to 7 days, are full at about 2 weeks and last 3 to 4 months. Dysport sessions also run 15 to 30 minutes, are usually done without numbing, and show results in 2 to 3 days, lasting 3 to 4 months. Dysport is also offered as light preventative dosing.

The dermal fillers include Juvederm, a family of hyaluronic-acid gels with Voluma for cheeks, Ultra XC for lips and Vollure for nasolabial and marionette lines, and Restylane, a family with a slightly firmer gel that is used on lips, under-eye hollows, cheeks, hands and laugh lines. Both contain lidocaine for comfort. Filler sessions take 30 to 45 minutes, results are visible right away, and downtime is typically 1 to 2 days. Juvederm results last 9 to 18 months depending on formula, and Restylane results last 6 to 18 months depending on formula and area.

At Revolve, Botox is also given off-label for long-running migraines, jaw tightness tied to TMJ, and heavy perspiration.
