The color menu includes single process color, double process bleach and tone, partial highlights of up to 10 foils, full highlights, balayage, ombre, dimensional color, glossing, and added glaze. Balayage is a freehand technique that places lightener or darker tones on select pieces of hair. Dimensional color combines two or more shades for a multi-tonal finish, and ombre moves gradually between dark and light. Glossing works as a comb-through refresh between full color services. Every color service includes a blow dry. Corrective color is offered by consultation only.

Cuts are available for women, men, and children aged 12 and under. Styling options range from shampoo and set and basic blowouts to blowouts with curling or flat iron, flat iron or curling added to another service, braids, perms, and upstyles. The salon also styles for special occasions such as weddings, proms, and other events, with separate bridal hair and bridal updo options that must be prepaid.

Bridal parties of any size are welcome. Groups of three or more need a 50% deposit, which is fully refundable with 72 hours' notice of a change or cancellation. Clients are asked to wear the provided smock for haircuts and color services. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit, cash, and personal checks are accepted, and gift cards can be used for products, services, or any amount, but they are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
