Revlis Medical describes itself as an integrated medical facility covering medical care, chiropractic, physical therapy, family care, pain management and regenerative medicine. Its services are grouped into regenerative therapy, chiropractic, aesthetics, hormone therapy, IV therapy and pain management. The practice says it works with active adults who have had surgeries, treatments or injections that did not help, or who feel they have been prescribed more medication than they want.
For pain, the practice treats conditions including neck, back, knee, hip and shoulder pain, neuropathy, carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis, as well as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, ankle sprains, meniscal tears, rotator cuff tears and herniated or bulging discs. Options include chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, physical therapy, spinal decompression, knee decompression, class IV laser light therapy, plant-based anti-inflammatory injections and joint injections performed with ultrasound guidance. The practice presents these as alternatives to surgery. It also states that chiropractic care has been shown to decrease chronic pain and lists chronic back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches and migraines, scoliosis and arthritis among conditions it says chiropractic care has been shown to help.
The clinic offers regenerative care, including Wharton's jelly PRP therapy and treatments using amniotic and umbilical-derived allografts. Umbilical tissue is taken at planned cesarean births of live babies, from donors who are screened beforehand, and the clinic says its tissue is sourced from tissue banks that follow FDA and AATB compliance standards. The clinic's own materials state that Wharton's jelly-based treatments may contain up to 80% mesenchymal cells, versus 3 to 5% in conventional umbilical cord blood sources. Aesthetic options are facial micro needling, a PRP facial combined with micro needling, and hair PRP. Micro needling makes fine punctures in the outer skin layer, which the clinic says stimulates collagen and elastin production. It may be used for enlarged pores, fine lines, loose or crepey skin, mild acne or burn scars, uneven tone and stretch marks. The clinic notes that most people will likely need several sessions to see results.
Hormone therapy includes bioidentical hormone replacement for men and for women. The men's program is individualized: each plan is built around the patient's needs and goals, with ongoing progress checks and changes as needed. The women's program starts with hormone level testing and replaces only the hormones found to be low, followed by monitoring of symptoms and side effects and repeat testing. Plans factor in health history, lifestyle and goals. Patients can receive FDA-approved hormone products dispensed by a standard pharmacy, or tailored formulations made by a compounding pharmacy. IV therapy delivers vitamins and antioxidants straight into the bloodstream. The clinic associates these infusions with recovery from injury or surgery, hangover recovery, immune support and memory. Erectile dysfunction treatment is also available and has a separate intake form.
The office is open Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm; Fridays are by appointment only, and it is closed on weekends. Providers sometimes book several days out, so calling ahead is recommended, and a waiting list is kept. New patients receive a free 10-minute phone consultation with a staff member before a free exam is scheduled, and chiropractic care offers free consultations. Before the first visit, new patients complete New Patient Paperwork online or arrive 30 minutes early. Bring photo ID, an insurance or Medicare card if billing through insurance, and any referrals; imaging, medication lists and visit notes from other doctors are helpful but not required. Insurance patients typically pay a copay, coinsurance or a deductible payment, and benefits can be verified ahead of the first visit on request. Self-pay rates are offered for all services, with payment plans and CareCredit financing for qualifying patients. Payment plans through Cherry include 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%; Cherry states it does no hard credit checks and has no hidden fees, with approvals up to $50,000, and promotional rates are subject to eligibility. The practice also accepts patients treating under Letters of Protection and Personal Injury Protection. Appointments can be booked at 803.548.2310.
