Revive Spa sits within the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, surrounded by the Sonoran Desert and mountains. The spa has treatment and relaxation rooms, a palm-lined sanctuary pool, private cabanas, saunas, steam rooms, and a salon. A two-story rotunda lobby holds a central water feature under a skylight.

The massage menu includes Swedish massage with the Revive massage oil or lotion, with aromatic oil available, and therapeutic massage using deeper pressure for knots and tension. Other options are aromatherapy with a custom blend of organic essential oils and exfoliation, heated stone and bamboo massages, cupping with silicone cups, shiatsu, reflexology, and a CBD massage using 400mg of water-soluble broad spectrum CBD.

Facials run from the 50-minute Revive Facial for all skin types to an organic anti-aging facial with a peel and collagen mask, a brightening peel using hydroxy acids and vitamins C and E, and a HydraFacial with LED light therapy. Oxygen facials come in 50- or 80-minute versions, and the longer one adds décolleté, hand and foot massage and an anti-aging serum. Several facials can be paired with a device: DermaFlash-style exfoliation, LightStim light therapy, or the CARA device by Althea Skincare.

Body care includes sugar and salt scrubs, body butters, clay and cocoon wraps, and a 80-minute firming ritual with a raw cane sugar exfoliation and honey body masque. The salon offers haircuts and styling for adults and children, single-process color, partial and full foil highlights, and a Moroccanoil Deluxe Blow-Out. Hair prices are base prices and can rise with hair length and styling.

Beyond treatments, the spa has Spa Bistro, which serves Mediterranean-focused breakfast and lunch with herbs from the spa garden. Floating sound baths in the spa pool take place in the evening with live singing bowls, gongs, flutes and drums, and reservations are required because space is limited. Fitness classes are offered, including a beginner Qi Gong class on select Fridays, and some classes are open only to hotel guests or to guests with spa treatments booked. Spa and pickleball packages combine treatments and classes with court time and breakfast at Tia Carmen.

The spa describes its setting as a calm retreat, and it describes its Turquoise treatments as drawing on Native American healing traditions.

Desert and mountain views surround the property, and the two-story lobby with its central water feature under a skylight sets a calm tone.
