Kenzie spent years working in upscale salons before opening her own suite. The business is open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM and is closed the rest of the week. Clients are offered a complimentary beverage and snack during their visit, and an extra chair is available for a visitor who wants to sit nearby.

The menu is built around haircuts and maintenance between cuts. Men's and women's haircuts include a wash and style, and there are shorter junior cuts for boys and girls under 13. Between haircuts, a quick touch-up can shape sideburns, the area around the ears and the neckline, and clients who visit at least once a month get that touch-up at no charge.
