Hormone therapy is offered to men and women, including testosterone and estrogen optimization, for concerns such as testosterone deficiency, perimenopause, menopause, low libido and chronic fatigue. Medications come as oral pills, topical creams and patches, injections, and subcutaneous pellets, and include traditional and compounded options. The first visit lasts 45 minutes and costs 375 dollars, covering symptom and lab review, body composition analysis and a treatment plan. Follow-up visits are 150 dollars. Medications and lab work are billed separately from visit fees, and testosterone injection visits given by an RN to patients with an active prescription cost 20 dollars.

The medically supervised weight loss program includes prescriptions such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with peptide therapies. It starts with a medical assessment covering labs, history and body composition, and adds nutrition and fitness guidance. Provider check-ins happen weekly or monthly, and an optional long-term maintenance phase is available. Some follow-ups may carry extra fees for bloodwork, an annual fee or supplements. Peptide prices can change with supplier costs, and peptides are offered only while in stock.

On the aesthetic side, the menu includes wrinkle relaxer injections, dermal fillers, a PRP gel filler called Cellenis, and a fat dissolving treatment. Skin health services cover microneedling, the SaltFacial, chemical peels, laser treatments, PRP and red light therapy. Laser options range from erbium resurfacing and IPL photofacials to laser vein removal, laser hair removal and tattoo removal.

Revive Club members can choose one complimentary service each month from the SaltFacial, LED light therapy, a B12 injection or an InBody analysis. Monthly perks do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Gift cards are sold in amounts of 50, 250, 500 and 1,000 dollars or a custom amount. IV infusions such as Immunity, Skinny Bundle, NAD, Hangover and Glow Drip are given in the office, alongside vitamin and medication injections.
