Clients can start with a free one-on-one hair consultation of about 30 minutes to plan goals and review hair history and health, or a free 20-minute extension consultation to discuss requirements, cost and color. The salon asks for 48 hours notice for cancellations and re-bookings. Late cancellations may be charged 30 percent of the original appointment price at the stylist's discretion, and repeated late cancellations add a 30 percent deposit re-booking fee.
