On the wellness side, hormone replacement therapy uses bio-identical hormones tailored to each patient, which the clinic says are molecularly identical to hormones the body makes naturally. The weight loss program uses a weekly GLP-1 medication compounded with B12. Doses start low and rise every two weeks until the maximum is reached, which the site says takes about nine weeks. A consultation with the healthcare team comes first to decide whether the medication is a suitable choice. The site names nausea as the most commonly reported side effect, usually mild and lasting a day or two, and lists less common effects including vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and constipation. IV therapy, preventative medicine and regenerative options such as mesenchymal stem cell therapy and EZGEL and PRF therapy are also offered.

Direct primary care works differently from insurance-based visits, with patients paying a flat monthly or annual fee directly to the clinic. The Green Plan is $99 a month or $1,200 a year and covers an initial comprehensive visit, twice-yearly visits with Dr. Foster, extra physician visits as needed, and telehealth for sick visits and non-urgent needs during business hours. The Gold Plan is $130 a month, or $550 down and $1,700 a year, and adds an annual blood panel, genome testing, metabolic testing and a prescription review. The clinic is currently unable to see minors. Lab work can be billed to insurance if covered, and medication can be sent to a local pharmacy through insurance. Online booking, a patient portal and new patient forms are available on the website.
