Facials use Eminence Organic products, and the Gentleman's Facial uses the Stone Crop line. The Eminence Organic facial can be customized for anti-aging, clear skin, calming sensitive skin or rosacea-prone skin. Add-ons include red light therapy, high-frequency treatment for the Clear Skin Facial, and an Organic Corrective Peel for the Back Facial. The Blueberry Detox Firming Facial is not suitable for sensitive skin.
Massage sessions are shaped around each client's body needs. The menu includes a 60- and 90-minute rest massage, neuromuscular massage for the upper body with an optional buccal add-on, manual lymphatic drainage for the upper body, a deeper 60-minute neuromuscular massage, a standalone neuromuscular therapy session and cupping therapy. The booking page describes cupping as used for rehabilitation, pain management and athletic performance. The Remedí Retreat is a couples service: partners take turns between a 45-minute massage and a 45-minute infrared sauna, followed by a short shower. The Revival Reset combines a 45-minute infrared sauna, a 60-minute customized facial and a 60-minute rest massage in one 2-hour-50-minute visit.
Infrared sauna sessions take place in a private room with a private shower, and they can be added to a massage, a facial or both. Single sessions, three-session, five-session and ten-session bundles are offered. Meditation options include a private sound bath in a dedicated meditation space, one-on-one yoga and meditation coaching, group guided meditation for 2 to 10 people, the Breath of Life breathwork class and a weekly Sunday Reset breathwork and movement class. Reiki Energy Sessions are also available.
Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, and massage is adapted to the body's needs, with meditation and breathwork offered as separate classes and private sessions.
Private sauna rooms with their own showers and a dedicated meditation space.
