Each visit opens with a Discovery consultation at the Discovery Bar, lasting roughly an hour. A one-on-one session with Yossra Zaky includes VISIA AI skin analysis, a review of the skin barrier and overall skin condition, and an outline of a possible protocol. Nothing is pressed on guests: whether to go ahead is entirely the client's call. The consultation suits both people new to professional treatments and long-time clients, because the assessment is based on the skin as it is at that point. Guests without an appointment can be seen at the Discovery Bar during clinic hours if a slot is open. Bookings are made online. VISIA can be booked alone as a 30-minute session for $125; if a Celresque protocol or service is booked the same day or within 24 hours, that $125 is credited against it.
Treatments take place in separate rooms: Suite 501 is a fully private clinical space for consultations and treatments, Suite 501A is the facial regenerative room for face, neck and décolleté work, and Suite 501B is the body regenerative room for body regeneration and contouring. The Discovery Bar also carries professional-grade skincare grouped into five phases, and homecare is matched to each client's skin rather than sold as a standard kit. Lines carried include Nelly De Vuyst and Methode Physiodermie. Products can be bought at the Discovery Bar without a consultation, but protocol-matched homecare requires one first.
The practice focuses on the underlying cause of skin changes rather than only the visible symptom. There are no treatment menus; each client receives an individually designed plan. Treatment is sequenced so that repairing the skin barrier comes before stimulation, and the practice holds that outcomes depend more on the order of treatments than on the technology used. Results are stated to vary with skin condition, adherence to the protocol and client history. Celresque pricing and session numbers are set during consultation, and no standard packages are offered.
