Facials run from a basic 45-minute treatment to a 120-minute DMK Enzyme Therapy, which the studio says suits all skin types, including sensitive or reactive skin. Other options include an acne-focused facial with deep cleansing, exfoliation and a purifying mask, a hydration facial, microdermabrasion, a back clarifying facial with extractions when needed, and a 105-minute treatment combining a double cleanse, microdermabrasion and a customized hydrojelly mask. Add-ons include a hydrojelly mask and gua sha, a facial massage done with a smooth stone tool.
Waxing covers the chin, lip, brow and full face. Booking is online through Glossgenius, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Monday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 6 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM; it is closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost, and no-shows are charged the full service to the card on file. If a card declines for a cancellation fee, that balance must be paid before new appointments can be booked.
