The facial menu is organized by time and depth. The Reset is a 40-minute refresh suited to short schedules or the gap between longer appointments. The Custom facial is a 60-minute treatment adjusted to specific skin concerns, and The Signature is a 90-minute personalized session that mixes skincare techniques, customized modalities and relaxation. New clients can book the New Client Facial, which opens with a detailed consultation and skin analysis and ends with a treatment and skincare plan tailored to them.
Lash services include a tint that darkens natural lashes, a lift with custom tint that the studio describes as its most popular option, and strip lash add-ons. For events, the studio offers a signature makeup session, event makeup for weddings (non-bride), formal events and parties, and bridal options including a preview appointment and a wedding day service with a touch-up kit and timeline coordination.
Studio policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later changes and no-call, no-shows are charged to the card on file. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for a future delivery date. Client parking is in the driveway to the right of the studio, with free street parking in front on Winthrop when it is available. The studio is open Monday and Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, and closed Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday.
