Color is a large part of the menu. Maintenance color is built on AlterEgo Italy color and includes two bowls of color, a haircut and a treatment, while transformation color is a longer, higher-priced service with extra bowls of color, lightener or toner available for $10 each. New color clients need a strand test before any color or lightener service, and can book the full service 48 hours after the test. Color and chemical services require a non-refundable deposit of $20 to $50, applied to the total at checkout.

Hair extensions begin with a consultation before installation. Installation is priced per pack and the hair is bought separately, with half of the installation fee due when the hair is purchased and the rest after the install. Removal is also priced per pack used. The Brazilian Blowout starts at $285 and takes about three hours including a haircut; extra time is charged per 30 minutes. The salon says Brazilian Blowouts can eliminate frizz up to 80%.

The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Appointments run on 15-minute intervals, so clients more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated. Confirmations are sent 48 hours ahead, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the full price, and Saturday appointments have no exceptions to that rule. A deposit can be used to reschedule up to two times before a new one is required. Clients are offered complementary snacks and drinks. Tips are optional and can be paid by Venmo or cash. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
