Extensions are offered as hand-tied, tape-in and halo styles, and keratin bonds, I tips and clip-ins are available on request. Prices include the hair and installation, and new clients receive a customized quote at consultation. Hand-tied extensions need a mini move-up at about 4 weeks and a full move-up at about 8 weeks. Tape-ins last about 6 to 8 weeks. Halo extensions are a single weft on an invisible wire and are removed each day.

New clients who want extensions or custom color complete an online consultation form before booking, and they secure appointments with a credit card. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a $25 non-refundable fee plus half the service charge, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Service adjustments are complimentary if requested within 14 days, with the original provider or an educator.

Some stylists speak Spanish. Hours run Monday to Friday 9:30am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. Bookings can be made for individual or group appointments, memberships and gift cards through the booking platform.

The team includes two dogs, and one of them sometimes settles into clients' laps.
