A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation of about 45 minutes, covering goals, concerns, timeline and possible treatments before anything is recommended. Virtual consultations are available, though in-person visits are generally preferred when possible. Each consultation includes Aura Reality, a 3D skin imaging system that looks beneath the surface and tracks changes over time. Treatment can sometimes take place the same day, depending on provider availability and the treatment chosen.
