Rescheduling is accepted with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability, and one last-minute emergency cancellation per patient per calendar year is allowed without penalty. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM.
