Visits usually start with a consultation, which can be booked on its own starting at $30 for 30 minutes or more. Clients are asked to arrive with loose, detangled hair so the stylist can evaluate its condition and the look wanted. A review on the site praises how thoroughly the stylist explained hair status and how simple the process was.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Consultation deposits are nonrefundable and gift card sales are final.

Larger services have their own terms. Miracle Knots requires a $25 deposit from new clients, and Cookie's Bridal Package requires a $100 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The portfolio shows tape-in work in custom colors, black on black and brown on brown.
