Revamp LLC operates the studio on South Grand Boulevard in St. Louis. Waxing covers small areas such as the lip and underarms, larger areas such as the stomach, chest and full legs, and several Brazilian options, including a hybrid that uses hard wax on some areas and soft wax on others.

Makeup ranges from a light base with a simple eyeshadow look, to a defined cut crease, to a shimmer or glitter version with optional rhinestones. There is also a two-person session and a bridal package that includes a trial, on-site glam for the bride and bridesmaids, and touch-ups for photos. The bridal package must be booked at least four months ahead. Revamp's Touch is a two-hour one-on-one lesson with a full-face step-by-step tutorial and hands-on practice, with before and after photos and video, a take-home guide and a small goodie bag.

Booking is handled through the studio's GlossGenius page. Deposits are required and are nonrefundable because they hold the appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the visit, and the deposit does not move to a new booking. Same-day cancellations and reschedules forfeit any deposit paid, and repeated ones can lead to full prepayment or refused bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.

The studio pairs waxing and makeup under one roof, with packages that lower the per-visit cost for regular waxing clients and a lesson option for people who want to learn to do their own makeup.
