Resveralife describes itself as a luxury lifestyle brand. Its catalog is sold online, and its retail locations are independently owned and managed rather than run by the brand directly, so in-store service may differ from one location to another.
The range covers facial and body care, bath bombs and soaps, essential oils, mists and reed diffusers, hibiscus and green teas, yoga bags and mats, and accessories such as an acupuncture mat and cast iron teapots. The brand also offers a resveratrol supplement in capsule form, which it markets for anti-aging. The brand states that resveratrol is a strong antioxidant that helps stimulate collagen production and that it helps neutralize oxidants linked to the aging process, citing research on small doses. These are the brand's own claims.
Returns are handled through exchanges rather than refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products bought in a boutique are exchanged at that same location with the item, its original packaging and the original receipt. Online purchases are exchanged by emailing customer care. Returned items need their accessories, manuals, original packaging and paperwork, and the buyer pays return shipping. Damaged or defaced items are not eligible for replacement, and the company is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Orders placed by 11:59 PM Pacific begin processing the next day. Expedited orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific process the same day. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Each order can go to one shipping address, and multiple addresses require an email to customer service. International shipping quotes come from customer service. Orders to APO, FPO and DPO addresses go by USPS Priority and can take up to 21 days. U.S. orders to P.O. Box addresses get free USPS Priority shipping.
Customers can reach customer service by email or through the contact form on the contact page.
