Results! is on the second floor of a building on Bradley Street in historical downtown Carrollton. The spa was created to offer anti-aging skin care treatments and procedures in west Georgia, and its core line is Environ Skin Care, which it distributes across the southeastern US.

Environ was founded in 1990 by Dr. Des Fernandes, who pioneered the use of vitamin A in skin care in the 1980s. Environ products are sold only through trained, authorized Environ professionals. The spa stocks the Environ shop lines, including Skin EssentiA, EssentiA Body, EssentiA Sun Care, Product Kits and Focus Care.

Services are grouped into facials, peels and dermaplaning, tinting, and waxing. Facials start at $60, peels and dermaplaning start at $60, tinting starts at $22, and waxing starts at $10, with combined facial and peel or facial and dermaplaning sessions at $165.

Built on replenishing vitamin A every day, with the Vitamin STEP-UP System raising vitamin A and other ingredients gradually so skin can adjust. The aim is for skin to look better when clients leave and even better within 24 hours.
