The studio takes a holistic, ingredient-focused approach to skin health. It combines professional skincare products, non-invasive treatment methods and selected technologies such as microcurrent, LED light, cold plasma and microneedling. Restore Skin Therapy's RST line is made up of paramedical, pharmaceutical-grade products that can be ordered through the online shop.

The Acne Clearing Program starts with a 90-minute first appointment for new acne clients. It covers a skin and acne assessment, a review of possible aggravating factors such as foods, medications, cosmetics and stress, an information packet, an exfoliating treatment with extractions, and product recommendations. Acne home care products are sold in the shop's Acne section and can be bought at that first visit, with the studio estimating $150 to $200 for them. Clients are typically seen about every two weeks, and clearing usually takes six to eight services over three to four months, or up to 12 months when acne is cystic. As skin improves, treatments become shorter with fewer extractions, and maintenance visits follow once acne is under control.

Outside of acne work, the studio offers Skin Classic high-frequency treatments for minor irregularities such as skin tags, broken capillaries, milia and flat hyperpigmentation. Waxing uses a zinc wax made for sensitive skin, and the studio asks that hair be about a quarter to half an inch long before a wax, and suggests waiting 2 1/2 weeks after shaving and 4 to 6 weeks after waxing before the next visit. Clients are asked to arrive on time, to give 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes, and to provide a valid credit card at booking. Children under 12 are not permitted, and those aged 12 to 17 need an adult and a scheduled appointment.
