Visits for first-time clients begin with the Skin Analysis Facial, which is required for new clients. This 1 hour 30 minute introductory appointment includes a consultation and skin analysis, and it leads into a personalized plan. Returning clients can book any facial on the menu, from the 50-minute Signature Vitamin Infusion Facial to the 1 hour 30 minute Elite Sculpting Facial.

The menu is grouped into base facials priced from $130 to $175, advanced facials priced from $155 to $255, and hydrodermabrasion facials priced from $160 to $220. Several treatments layer methods such as LED therapy, microcurrent, peels, masks and lymphatic drainage. Custom facials are offered in 60- or 90-minute versions. A back facial and two short add-ons, dermaplaning and a light-pressure gua sha massage, round out the list.

The studio is designed to be tinnitus-friendly, and the business donates monthly to the American Tinnitus Association for tinnitus research. Clients enter through the basement. Parking is in a designated spot, and signs guide clients up the parking deck to the entrance. The studio is open Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Monday through Wednesday.

Skincare products are not sold in person at the studio because of Loudoun County regulations. They are available through an online GlyMed Plus REGEN Retail storefront, with direct shipping to the client's home. Payment can be made in cash, by check, through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Zelle, or by tap to pay with a credit or debit card. A card must be kept on file, and a $5 deposit is charged at booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead carry no penalty, while later cancellations and no-shows incur a $70 fee.

Treatments are tailored to each client after a consultation and skin analysis, with a focus on results, integrity and compassion.
