The studio takes an integrative approach that pairs lifestyle and nutrition analysis with in-office treatments and home care. A new acne client can book a consultation with a first treatment, which covers medical history, lifestyle factors and a plan that includes home care products. Existing acne clients can book follow-up treatments, and a separate back treatment is offered for acne on the back. Extractions are available for milia, ingrown hairs and similar concerns, though they do not cover deep cystic acne or ingrown hairs buried under the skin. For those, topical products may be suggested until the skin heals or a dermatologist is seen.

The facial menu ranges from a glow facial and a signature facial tailored to each client, to a superficial chemical peel, a calming treatment for rosacea using LED light and soothing serums, dermaplaning with a scalpel, a detoxifying facial with enzyme exfoliation, an oxygen treatment and a charcoal mask, and a Rezenerate Nano Facial that infuses hydration with the Rezenerate Nano Pen. Some treatments are not offered to every client. Dermaplaning is not offered to clients with rosacea, widespread acne breakouts, metal allergy or a higher risk of bleeding, chemical peels are not offered during pregnancy or nursing, and the Rezenerate Nano Facial is not offered to clients with rosacea or widespread acne breakouts. Wax add-ons for the lip, chin and brow are available but are not recommended alongside acne treatments, because waxed areas cannot receive a chemical peel in the same visit.

Clients can start with a free 15-minute service consultation, in person or virtually. Medical history is stored and sent in a HIPAA-compliant way. Email and text are not HIPAA-compliant for sensitive medical information, so questions of that kind can be handled by phone call, though texting is preferred for general contact. Gift certificates are available for a specific service or for a chosen amount.

The salon takes a whole-person view, pairing a review of clients' daily habits and diet with treatments given in the studio and products for use at home.
