The practice works in two main ways. In standard booking, a patient is paired with a cosmetic injector in their area and travels to that injector's home. In concierge booking, the team travels to the patient and treats them at home. Party pricing is available for groups of five or more people; concierge fees are waived for these groups and the host receives extra discounts.

The range covers injectables such as Botox, Xeomin, and fillers, along with microneedling, chemical peels, and PDO threads, which can be customized for wrinkles, fine lines, acne scarring, and lifting or tightening. Chemical peels are recommended as a series of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, and peel patients receive a complimentary post-care kit that includes sunscreen. The PRP/PRF hair treatment uses the patient's own processed blood cells and is offered only to people with hair thinning or early hair loss; it is not offered to those with large areas of hair loss, and the best results are described as coming from a series of three sessions.

Aftercare guidance is given for each treatment. Botox and Xeomin patients are advised to keep their head up for two hours and avoid sun or sweating for a day, with a follow-up at two weeks, since results take about two weeks to set. Filler patients are advised to avoid working out for a day, facials for two weeks, and microneedling for four weeks. Skincare is sold through ImageMD kits and partner brands, and the business says it personally vets each product.
