Reset Lounge describes itself as a wellness business in Chagrin Falls. Its services are grouped into core wellness services, along with personal training, Pilates through Revive Pilates, reiki, acupuncture, holistic services, holistic aesthetics and thermography. The business also offers memberships, a shop, private rentals and private events, and a services quiz to help new clients decide where to start.

About

The core services include HOCATT ozone therapy, a 30-minute session in an individual sauna capsule where clients can choose frequency-specific microcurrent settings and add aromatherapy at the Chagrin Falls location. Other core options are Cryo T-Shock cryotherapy, infrared sauna, massage with air compression, NuCalm, PEMF using an FDA-registered OMI mat, red light therapy, a private salt cabin, vibroacoustic therapy with an inHarmony Sound Bed, and guided whole body vibration. IM vitamin shots are given on-site by a trained nurse in about 15 minutes, sourced from FDA-registered 503B compounding pharmacies, and directed by a physician in partnership with Dr. Seema Patel of Healing Functional Family Medicine. No prescription is required.

Holistic services are offered in partnership with Healthy Integrations and draw on eastern practices, including craniosacral therapy, Matrix Energetics, EFT and chakra balancing. The business describes these as complementary, non-medical practices and states that it does not provide medical treatment. Holistic aesthetics offers facials, face sculpting and skincare boosters (growth factors, stem cells and exosomes), using professional Korean skincare products. The business describes its skincare as natural.

The Round Trip is an introductory offer that covers all eight listed core services for $99, valid for a full month; the business says it saves over $140 compared with booking the services separately. Massage appointments carry a 24-hour cancellation policy, with late cancellations and no-shows charged in full, while early cancellations are credited to the client's account for rescheduling. A 15-minute cryo consultation is offered at no charge, and the business says it prioritizes transparent pricing.

Reset Lounge combines wellness technology, physician-directed vitamin shots and holistic practices. The business says it uses trusted products and equipment and follows health and safety guidelines.

Revive Pilates describes its classes as nurturing and inclusive, with a community feel.
