Each treatment is planned from scratch around a skin assessment at the appointment rather than a preset protocol. Enhancements are chosen during the visit based on what the skin needs that day, and all enhancements are included in the facial price with no add-on fees. Every appointment includes time at the start and end to review the skin plan and home care, and that time is part of the booked service. First-time clients begin with a consultation of about 10 to 15 minutes, and returning clients get 5 to 10 minutes of review time. Products are recommended only when they suit a client's skin and routine, and retail skincare is sold in the studio with no purchase required.

Facials come in four levels. Clarify is 45 minutes and includes one enhancement, with LED light therapy. Stabilize is 60 minutes with two enhancements selected at the visit. Strengthen is 75 minutes with three enhancements, active correction and thorough extractions. Transform is 90 minutes with four enhancements, pairing deeper corrective work with time to relax. Facials address acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, aging and texture. Body treatments include Clarifying Back Reset, a 45-minute back treatment for congestion, breakouts, texture and dryness with extractions, and Motherhood Treatment, a gentle 30-minute belly treatment during pregnancy. Memberships are offered at the Stabilize, Strengthen and Transform tiers, and series packages are available for each facial level and for the back treatment. Series sessions are typically spaced four to six weeks apart and expire 12 months after purchase.

Booking is done online through the Backbar Pro platform, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended, especially for a first visit. A 30% retainer is due at booking, is non-refundable and is applied to the service. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead, and a retainer may carry over to a rescheduled visit; cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit it. No-shows are charged the full service price, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be shortened or rebooked. Refunds are not issued for completed services, so concerns should be raised within 48 hours. Clients complete a waiver and health questions through the booking platform and disclose medications, recent procedures and skin sensitivities when booking. Tinting requires a patch test at least 48 hours ahead for clients who have not been tinted before or have known sensitivities. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian in the building for the full visit, and clients 12 and older may book any facial with a parent present. Guests are not allowed in the treatment room unless cleared in advance. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card and debit card. Free on-site parking is available. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 9:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm. The $50 consultation fee is paid at booking and applies to a first facial or a product purchase, for in-studio visits and Colorado clients only.
