The main facial is the Renui Custom Facial, a 60-minute treatment customized to the client's skin, priced at $150. For a fuller visit, the Renui Custom Facial & Back Rub runs 75 minutes and adds a back, neck and shoulder rub for $240. The Facial & Back Rub package covers a similar 75-minute facial with the back, neck and shoulder rub, plus a scalp massage and hot towel treatment, at the same $240. A shorter option, the Exhilarating Back Treatment, is a 30-minute back facial for $90.

Acne care is handled as its own track. New acne clients must have an initial consultation before booking a first acne treatment; the consultation is $50 and takes 45 minutes. Treatments are $70, scheduled every two weeks, and take 30 to 45 minutes depending on how many extractions are needed. A combined consultation and treatment is $100 and runs 60 to 90 minutes. The approach emphasizes education and home care alongside in-office work.

For skin tone and texture, the spa offers clinical peels ranging from mild to deep exfoliation, priced from $90 to $150, and depigmenting treatments using skin lighteners, also priced from $90 to $150. Waxing is priced by area, from $10 for the chin or lips up to $55 for the full face, and prices may vary with the amount of hair. Clients should have hair grown out to about 1/4 inch before waxing, and waxing is not offered to clients taking Accutane, Retin A or similar prescriptions.

Visit details: clients should arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals finish at the scheduled end time. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients should mention any allergies, avoid coffee and alcohol before treatment, and leave one hour between their last meal and the service. Cell phones are to be silenced, and children are allowed only when they are receiving services. Customary gratuities are 15% to 20%.
