Sarah has been waxing and shaping eyebrows since 2008, aiming for a natural look that suits each client's features, whether that means a simple cleanup or a full reshape. A first brow visit includes time for consultation, assessment and reshaping as needed. Brow waxing can be paired with tinting.

The studio's facial is a one-off tailored session, booked at either 60 or 45 minutes. Each one is built around the skin present that day rather than a set menu. Techniques can include microdermabrasion, LED light, gua sha, enzyme exfoliation, cupping, dermaplaning and coral spicule peels, and anything from the back-bar range can be added. The 45-minute Express Facial uses a single targeted technique and skips disrobing and massage. The 60-minute Signature Facial is the longer choice.

Booking is done online at any hour, with availability shown on a rolling six-week schedule. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges, and anything shorter must be handled by text or email. Clients who feel unwell are asked to cancel, even inside that window.

Gentle methods are used with the aim of getting results without unnecessary irritation or downtime. Each facial is shaped around the skin on the day, not a set protocol.
