Renew Wellness Studio was founded by Jen Potter and her husband. Before opening the studio, Jen spent more than 20 years as a frontline paramedic, and she now leads the nutritional therapy work. The studio is in a unit on McDowell Road in Goodyear.

Services fall into two groups. Foundational services, including infrared sauna, halo salt room therapy, the hydration steam capsule, the zero gravity massage chair, 6-color LED face therapy, the red light bed and level 5 tanning beds, are included in membership or can be booked as single visits. Specialized services, including massage, medically assisted weight loss, IV therapy, nutritional therapy, ionic foot detox and NormaTec leg compression, are offered outside membership, and members receive added access and benefits on them.

Memberships are month to month with no long-term contract. Renew Foundational costs $99 a month and covers two foundational services a day, plus a 10% retail discount, but it does not include a discount on massage, IV or nutrition services. Renew Complete costs $139 a month and adds three foundational services a day, after-hours access from 6 am to 10 pm, two PEMF, compression or foot detox credits a month, 10% off massage, IV and nutrition consultations, a retail discount and one monthly guest day pass. The studio also offers payment plans and a VIP PLUS After Hours membership for booking and access outside regular hours.

The studio aims to help clients build a steady routine of regular care and long-term results rather than shortcuts. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm, and it is closed on Mondays. The phone number is (623) 535-7826.
