The spa describes itself as the first true wellness spa in the Memphis area, aiming to pair a relaxing spa experience with therapeutic services. About

The spa's work centers on natural cleansing, detoxification and organic beauty therapies. It says it adapts traditional healing methods for modern use and offers them in a non-toxic setting. Facial formulas are mixed in-house from plant-based ingredients, and organic skin care lines carried include Le Mieux, Amber's Apothecary and Aubrey Organics.

Colon hydrotherapy, also called colonics or colon therapy, uses warm, triple purified water and is performed in a private room on a contoured table with a single-use insertion tube for each client. Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes, and the spa recommends between three and twelve sessions. Clients are advised not to eat for two hours beforehand and to limit soda and coffee that day, and they receive a probiotic and an electrolyte water afterward. A single session is $89, or $69 for members, with cleanse packages of three, six, nine and twelve sessions.

Other services include an ionic foot bath, which soaks the feet in warm water with Himalayan pink sea salt and is followed by an aromatherapy foot rub, and a range of contour body wraps applied in a massage chair in a treatment room. The Infrared Salt Sauna is described as exclusive to the spa and uses Himalayan sea salt plates with chromotherapy lights. Facials include the PureGlo Organic Facial, the ElectroGlo Microcurrent Facial, the Timeless Elegance Facial, the Flawless Radiance Facial and several 35-minute Express Fusion facials. Waxing, yoni steam and nutrition or wellness consultations are also offered.

The Wellness Works monthly membership gives members member pricing on services, a waived booking deposit and a discount on supplements and skincare products. Gold Member is $69 per month and includes one 30-minute infrared sauna session and a choice of one colon hydrotherapy session, organic facial, or ionic detox foot bath. The spa also states it supports local businesses, charities, green food producers and schools through yearly donations.
