Lisa Cooper founded Renew, and she co-founded Fresh Face Aesthetics in Buda. Brian Cooper serves as Medical Director for both practices and helps guide the clinical philosophy behind them.

The spa is open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and is closed on weekends. Services can be booked online through the Moxie platform, and most consultations are complimentary; the Weight Loss Program consultation is $100 for 40 minutes. Payment plans are available through Affirm and Cherry, subject to eligibility, and a down payment may be required.

Filler and neurotoxin injections aren't offered to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Facials should be postponed for seven days after a neurotoxin session. The salon states that filler results last anywhere from 6 to 24 months, depending on the product type and the area treated. According to the salon, its neurotoxin treatments are highly effective.

RENEW Balance is a BHRT membership with office and telehealth follow-up, 12 months of lab work, 24-hour provider access, and member savings on peptides and select wellness products. It has a 12-month minimum, a $49.99 early termination fee, and requires an initial consultation and baseline lab work before it begins. The Essential, Signature and Elite Reserve memberships offer discounts on injectables, skincare, facials, chemical peels, microneedling and, in some tiers, IV therapy. Memberships can only be purchased online by existing clients.
