Visits begin with a consultation, which is free for most clients. A head-to-toe consultation is handled by medical assistants who have worked with Dr. Vuich for a long time and can cover any treatment area. For a single procedure or program, a medical assistant, an RN or nurse practitioner, or Dr. Vuich may conduct the consultation. Clients who live more than an hour away can ask for a remote consultation, where that is possible.

Appointments are confirmed by text three days ahead and by phone 48 hours ahead. A credit card is required on file for new and current clients. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Later cancellations or missed appointments carry a $150 fee, or 100 percent of the service cost if the service costs less than $150, and procedures booked for three or more hours add a $50 fee per scheduled hour. A missed consultation carries a $75 fee. All sales are final, and refunds are not issued for products, services or gift cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash are accepted, along with Flex Spending and Health Savings account cards where the card processes. Insurance is not billed, but treatment and payment documentation is provided for clients to submit. Financing is offered through Affirm, Klardie and Advance Care Card, which has 6 or 14 month interest-free terms for qualified applicants.
