A consultation is required before any treatment, and new patients cannot pre-book until that consultation is complete. Patients may hold one pre-booked appointment ahead at a time, and provider requests or specific days cannot always be guaranteed. Minimum ages are 13 for facials, 16 for skin and laser treatments, 18 for toxin injections and for laser on the Brazilian, buttocks or areolas, and 21 for fillers. Injections, laser and skin treatments are not given to pregnant or breastfeeding women, though a customized facial is available to them. Insurance is not accepted, including FSA and HSA; payment is by cash, credit or debit card, Zelle or Venmo. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to laser and facial services, with a $25 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments. Groupon, LivingSocial and Yelp vouchers are accepted, one per customer and appointment, and purchased packages cannot be exchanged for a different service.

The DiamondGlow facial is a non-invasive treatment combining resurfacing, deep pore cleaning and serum infusion, with no downtime, using SkinMedica Pro-Infusion Serums. The Signature version costs $100 for one treatment or $250 for three. The Platinum version costs $140 for one or $335 for three and adds steaming, deeper extractions, LED light therapy, dermaplaning, oxygen infusion, facial massage, a HydroJelly mask and lymphatic drainage massage with cupping. The Renew Body Treatment for the buttocks or back costs $125 for one treatment or $330 for three.

Botox and Dysport are priced at $9 per unit in office, and the site also lists them for excessive underarm, hand or foot sweating and for chronic migraines. Restylane and Juvederm fillers are chosen to suit each patient's goals. Sculptra Aesthetic is a collagen-stimulating filler usually given as up to four sessions about three weeks apart. Kybella is used for submental fullness, usually in 2 to 4 sessions with up to 6 spaced at least one month apart, and the site describes it as the first and only FDA-approved injectable for that purpose. Filler and other injectable pricing is available on request and may change without notice.

Laser hair removal is priced by area size and number of sessions, from $55 for three sessions on extra small areas to $738 for six sessions on full legs. Before treatment, patients are asked to shave the area the night before or the morning of, and to avoid waxing, plucking or Nair for 4 to 6 weeks. The site says some patients may see results within 3 to 4 treatments, while others may need 8 to 10. Microneedling uses a disposable tip with 12 to 36 needles and is described as suitable for all skin types; PRP therapy can be used with it, and the site says redness is typically expected for 2 to 7 days afterward. VI Peel is described as a painless medium-depth peel suitable for all skin types and tones, at $250 for the Original and $299 for the Advanced, Precision Plus, Purify and Purify with Precision Plus versions. Photofractional combines Lumenis IPL and ResurFX non-ablative fractional resurfacing in one session, and ResurFX is usually a series of three to four treatments.

Treatments and products are recommended based on what the site describes as medical appropriateness for each patient. Gentle options such as ResurFX are offered for sensitive skin.
