Memberships are a large part of how the spa structures its services. The Radiance Routine is a monthly plan at $169 per month, including 6 small-area laser hair removal sessions, 2 laser skin rejuvenation sessions and 4 dermaplaning sessions. The Glow Getter runs 3 months and includes 3 HydraFacials, 2 chemical peels, 2 laser rejuvenation sessions, and one small-area and one medium-area laser hair removal session. The Beauty Builder runs 6 months with 6 HydraFacials, 1 dermaplaning, 3 chemical peels, 3 laser rejuvenation sessions, and one small-area and one medium-area laser hair removal session. The Transformation Seeker runs 12 months with 12 HydraFacials, 6 chemical peels, 6 laser rejuvenation sessions, and one each of small, medium and large laser hair removal. Every membership starts with a consultation and a customized treatment plan, and memberships cannot be transferred. Members of the longer plans get 10 to 20 percent off extra services not included in the plan, and earn points on treatments that can be redeemed for services, products or additional treatments. Payment plans are offered for the 6-month and 12-month memberships. Members are also invited to events such as wine tastings, picnics, beauty workshops and makeup classes, and have access to the Renew Community Passport with deals from local businesses and wellness partners.

Booking details are straightforward. Appointments are secured with a $30 deposit that is credited toward treatment, and the full deposit is refunded if the client decides not to go ahead. The deposit is not refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows, and cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. The initial consultation carries a $50 fee. Financing is available through Cherry, with 0% APR options for qualified applicants for up to 24 months. The spa also runs a referral program paying $100 per successful referral, in cash or as treatment.
