Facials form the core of the menu, from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 75-minute peptide facial. The ReNeu Facial is a customized 50-60 minute treatment for first-time clients that includes cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, a neck and shoulder massage, serums and hydration. Other options include a Clearing Skin Facial that uses High Frequency or Celluma light therapy, a Soothing Sensitive Skin Facial, dermaplane and oxygen treatments, and a 60-75 minute DermaZen facial with dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation and a serum cocktail. Dermaplaning and chemical peels can be added to the Express Facial.

Back treatments are offered on their own or as an add-on to a facial. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brow and nose, individually or in combinations, and lash and brow services include lifts, tints and brow lamination. The spray tan is applied by a technician rather than in a booth, using a DHA solution the business describes as natural with organic ingredients. Makeup services are also available.

Microneedling is not bookable online; clients email or call to schedule. The business partners with Dr. Steven Porto, a cosmetic surgeon in Fishers, Indiana, to offer it, and it is sold as a single treatment or as a package of three with the AnteAGE MD Stem Cell Skincare System. A medical aesthetics injector visits once a month for afternoon clinic sessions on posted dates.

Services are booked online through Vagaro, and clients who cannot find an opening can email or text. Listed hours run Monday through Thursday with shorter days on Tuesday and Thursday, and they can shift in the summer. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or the full service is charged, late arrivals may be shortened or cancelled, some appointments need a deposit, and all sales are final. Gift cards and certificates expire one year after purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to medical aesthetics. New clients referred by an existing client get $10 off their first service, and clients who leave a review on Facebook or Google get $5 off their next one. The business says it relies on word of mouth and reviews rather than advertising.
