The service menu is grouped into braids, locs, natural hair styles and kids hairstyles. Braids cover a range of looks, from a simple braided ponytail and cornrows to knotless and fulani braids, boho braids, crochet braids and medium miracle knots.
Locs are offered as traditional locs and as microlocs. Microloc installations are longer appointments that may take several hours and sometimes run across more than one visit in a day, and the studio asks for a consultation before a first installation so the final estimate can be set by hair length, density, loc size and starting method.

Booking is available through the website. A non-refundable $25 deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the service balance. Hair should arrive freshly washed, fully dry and detangled, and free of heavy oil, grease, product buildup. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment shortened, may pay a $20 late fee, or may lose the appointment and deposit.
