Hand-tied extensions are offered at both locations. Each piece is sewn strand by strand onto a thread, which the salon says makes the finished extensions thinner and more flexible, and it states that they cause no damage to natural hair. Consultations are booked by calling either location. The spa area was recently renovated. Facials include a skin analysis-led Signature facial, a Youth Renewal facial for young skin, an Advanced Brightening facial and a Luxury Anti-Aging facial, the last two with light therapy. Head spa options range from a 15-minute express treatment at the sink to a 75-minute Elite treatment with steam therapy and a blowdry finish. Waxing is offered at both locations, from brow and lip to full leg and Brazilian. Lash services and red light UV tanning are at the Hillsborough location only, and makeup is available on request.

Services are priced a la carte, and listed prices show the entry level. The final price depends on the stylist's time, the amount of product used and how long the service takes. Online booking is available at each location, and new clients can send a request through an online form that a team member answers within 24 hours. Bridal requests can be made through a form or by email. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and a card is kept on file for services over $150. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent and no-shows are charged in full. Waitlists are available when a time is full, and clients are encouraged to prebook their next visit.

The boutique sells clothing from brands including Free People, Vintage Havana and Little Words Project, and gift cards are available. Both locations are open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and they are closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon says it keeps up with current trend techniques and products, and that its team keeps training to build skills.
