Appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a 50% deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total. Several services carry a deposit between $10 and $125. Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows within 48 hours are charged the full service price, and clients with an unpaid cancellation fee cannot book again until it is settled. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, after which services may be shortened or the visit rescheduled and charged in full.

Clients who are not satisfied can contact the salon within 24 hours of the appointment for a free correction. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once purchased. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
