The practice calls itself a comprehensive skincare center. Its team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, RNs, LPNs, licensed estheticians and certified dermatology technicians.

Services fall into four groups. Medical dermatology covers acne, atopic dermatitis and eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, vitiligo, warts, UVB phototherapy, mole evaluation, pre-cancer and skin cancer care. Cosmetic services include Botox, fillers, SkinVive, Ultherapy, hair restoration, treatment of acne scarring, brown spots and redness, and a weight loss program. The laser menu covers laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, UltraClear laser resurfacing, radio-frequency treatment, intense pulsed light, Sublative skin surfacing, ADVA Tx, Clear + Brilliant, ELOS Plus, Intima and Sylfirm. Spa services include chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow, HydraFacial, Latisse, microneedling and waxing with tinting. The practice says its technology is state-of-the-art, including lasers, treatment devices, electronic health records and an online patient portal.

Scheduling is flexible, with early morning, late afternoon and evening appointments, and most weekends. Both offices offer free parking and wheelchair access, and a private entry and waiting room are available on request. New patients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early or finish their paperwork ahead of time through the patient portal. Standard visits ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, with a $50 late-cancellation fee and a $100 fee for a missed visit. Procedures and visits of 30 minutes or more ask for 48 hours' notice, with $100 and $200 fees. Patients arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Insurance is mixed. The practice is in network with many UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Humana, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and with Medicare and several Medicare Advantage plans. It is out of network with certain other insurers, does not file out-of-network benefits, and keeps a flat fee schedule for out-of-network patients, available on request. It does not see Healthspring, Oscar, Medicaid, TennCare or PHCS/Multiplan patients. Cosmetic and spa services are self-pay. A cosmetic consultation is $75, while consultations for Botox and filler are complimentary; the fee may apply to visits covering a wider range of cosmetic treatments.
