The menu is split into two groups. Brows includes an add-on eyebrow wax done with hard wax, which begins with a brow map shaped to each client's face, then moves to shaping, trimming and tweezing where needed, and ends with cooling aloe. Sugaring covers the underarms, neck, arms, stomach, chest, back, legs and several intimate options. Half arm and half leg sugaring can be booked as upper or lower sections, but not twice to cover a whole limb. The Brazilian and bikini services differ in coverage: Brazilian includes the area between the booty cheeks, while Bikini covers hair visible outside a swimsuit. The extended versions add the thigh or the cheeks.
The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the appointment price, and those fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. One-hour appointments, including Full Leg Sugaring, carry an automatic 18% gratuity. Payments are accepted, gift cards are offered, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
