The practice began in Dr. Siddiqui's medical work. After close to twenty years treating women medically, he added aesthetic services in response to patient requests for cosmetic care. The practice states it has more than 25 years of experience with medical and cosmetic concerns and reports having heard from over 1,000 patients.

Consultations are booked through patient coordinators, with appointments available with Dr. Siddiqui or an aesthetic specialist. Booking can be done online or by phone at (262) 404-9003. Consultations are not currently charged a fee, but payment details are taken at booking in case of a cancellation or no-show. Treatment booked at the consultation requires a $50 payment to hold the appointment, which is applied toward the cost. Staff cannot quote treatment prices over the phone, since the consultation determines the treatment plan and provider pricing. Prices and service menus may change at any time.

The medical weight loss program starts with an initial consultation listed at $150, which covers a full medical history review, a physical exam, and measurements of weight, height, BMI and body fat. Lab work listed at $90 is done at the first visit and includes a CBC, CMP, TSH, fasting lipid profile and Hgb A1c. Follow-up visits are listed at $75 and are scheduled every four weeks. The program includes a physician-supervised plan with personalized diet and exercise guidance and ongoing support. Semaglutide or tirzepatide is given as a once-weekly injection, with semaglutide's dose increased gradually; the first injection is given in clinic with training for at-home use. The monthly program averages $350 and includes a one-month medication supply, and each additional 0.25 mg of semaglutide is listed at $35 a month if needed. The program can be combined with CoolSculpting or EMSCULPT NEO, and patients are advised to check with their insurance provider about coverage.

Laser hair removal uses a Diode laser on the face, chin, arms, underarms, back, legs and bikini line. Sessions are typically four to six weeks apart, and the usual recommendation is a series of 8 to 12. According to the site, most patients see a significant reduction in hair growth after three to seven sessions. Clients are asked to arrive with the treatment area shaved. Cost depends on the area and number of sessions, and an exact breakdown is given at consultation. The site describes light skin with dark hair as the best candidate profile for this treatment.
