Remedy Med Spa's medical side is run by Medical Director Dr. Jacklyn K. Han. Injectable options include Botox Cosmetic, Jeuveau, and dermal fillers from the VOLLURE, VOLUMA, VOLBELLA, REVANESSE and JUVEDERM lines, along with Kybella for adults who have moderate to severe fat under the chin. Botox is used for deep, persistent lines in the glabella, forehead, crow's feet, lower face and neck, and for hyperhidrosis in the underarms, palms and soles. Fillers address lines around the nose and mouth and lines above the upper lip, and can also be placed in the temples, hands, lips and cheeks. A price quote is given before any filler treatment. Laser options are GentleLASE, used for hair removal, sun damage and pigmented lesions; GentleYAG, used for spider veins up to 3mm and for skin tightening; Smoothbeam, used for acne, acne scars and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth; and the Vbeam pulsed-dye treatment, used for facial veins, rosacea and red scars. Dr. Han also performs Matrix fractional CO2 laser resurfacing and the VI Peel, which is physician-administered and requires a consultation first. MD Strength chemical peels are offered too. Dr. Maria Cayelli, an Integrative Physician, provides PRP for hair loss and integrative medicine. Facials run from the 30-minute Express Facial to the 60-minute Signature Remedy Facial and the 90-minute Ultimate Remedy Facial, with microdermabrasion options, Rezenerate and the Rezenerate NanoFacial. Spa services include massage with lymphatic work, Hivamat, and waxing, with full-face and other waxing priced by area. Latisse is available for eyelash growth; results are visible after about a month and fuller at 12 to 16 weeks with nightly use. Visits are by appointment. Dr. Han's appointments are booked by text or phone at 864.965.8059, and facial appointments with Vicki Bridges by text or phone at 864.933.4290. First-time clients should arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, and existing clients 5 minutes early. Cell phones should be turned off on arrival. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice, and clients should mention pregnancy when scheduling and again on arrival. Clients must be 18, though those 14 and older may be seen with parental consent. Checks, credit cards and CareCredit are accepted, and gift certificates can be transferred to another person.
